Free delivery to Core 24 members on products going to Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills and Grayslake IL. All others pay a delivery fee of 3.50 or a flat shipping & handling rate of 5.95 within IL and 9.95 outside of IL. Sorry, we do not ship outside the U.S.  Products will be shipped within 4-7 business days of receipt of order unless item is on back order. Returns accepted on all orders within 30 days of purchase with full refund, but please let us know why, so we can fix the problem.
